An upgrade takes effect immediately, with the remaining days credited pro rata to the new plan. A downgrade applies at the end of the billing period — your data and theme settings are preserved.

The listed amounts exclude VAT; 20% VAT is added to the invoice. With yearly billing the invoice is issued once; with monthly billing your e-archive invoice arrives by e-mail each period.

The whole Plus plan is open for 14 days, including marketplace integrations, AI content generation and premium themes. We do not ask for a card, and the trial closes by itself at the end.

Your store does not shut down. A warning appears in the panel as you approach the limit, and you can move up a plan with one click, carrying your remaining days over pro rata.

If you change your mind within the first 14 days we refund the payment in full. After that a pro-rata refund applies for the unused period, and you get 30 days to export your data.

Credit card (single payment or up to 12 instalments), bank transfer, and current account for corporate customers. All card payments are taken with 3D Secure.

Yes. Companies abroad can subscribe with a corporate invoice and pay by international card or bank transfer. The panel and support work in English, and your store sells in whichever language and currency you choose.

The subscription fee is fixed in Turkish lira; even if the exchange rate moves during the period, the amount you pay does not change. With yearly billing the price is locked for a year.
