Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page are monthly and exclude VAT. You can also see the VAT-inclusive amount in the plan summary.

Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. You take payments through the bank virtual POS you have an agreement with, or through payment providers such as PayTR and iyzico. eticaret.shop takes no commission on your sales.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Build your plan, enter your details and verify your e-mail address. Your demo store opens at yourstore.eticaretdemo.com.tr and you can use it free for 14 days. No card details needed.

Why are only addresses like Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and Yandex accepted for the trial?
To protect the demo platform from abuse, trial accounts can only be opened with trusted e-mail providers. You can use your business e-mail address when you buy.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade your product limit, disk, e-mail, support and integrations at any time; upgrades take effect immediately.

If I do not take an e-mail account, how are store e-mails sent?
Your order and notification e-mails are sent from an @eticaret.shop address. If you want e-mail on your own domain, add business e-mail accounts.

How is support provided?
Every plan includes 1 support ticket per week. You can raise your ticket allowance and add WhatsApp, phone, online meeting and remote AnyDesk support as you need.

How long is the campaign valid?
Campaign prices apply to purchases made until 31 December 2026.
